Kowbell is a way for me to get my passion for all things vintage into the world around me and I've been all about 'vintage' way before it was everywhere. But I'm so glad it has taken off and the Millenials and Gen Zs are finding their passion and careers in this world. 

 

In recent years, the surge in mass production has fostered a culture of excessive consumption, dominating our interior spaces. I've embraced the idea that mass production, China and other very affordable markets of production are here to stay, but let's sprinkle some authentic and historically original pieces into our spaces for a bit of fun. 

 

Today, our planet calls for a mindful approach. It urges us to reevaluate, repurpose, and cherish what surrounds us. I look for beautiful things, make and refurbish things and I hope people are willing to pay a bit more to appreciate the time and effort it took to source materials with a story and the local people I pay a fair wage to in order to craft an original piece.
